Certification represents a written assurance by a third party of the conformity of a product, process, or service to specified requirements.

BRC GLOBAL STANDARD (Brand Reputation Compliance Global Standards)

This is an international Food Safety Management Systems standard. It contains requirements for food processors to follow to build an effective food safety management system.

 

CERES (Certification of Environmental Standards South Africa)

The certification under the EU Organic Regulation and NOP Regulation of the United States covers our teas and our essential oils products.  CERES assures that these regulations are implemented. This regulation only covers our Tea and Essential Oil products and provides the basis for the sustainable development of organic production while ensuring the effective functioning of the internal market, guaranteeing fair competition, ensuring consumer confidence, and protecting consumer interests.

 

GLOBAL G.A.P. (Good Agricultural Practises)

GLOBALG.A.P. is a trademark and a set of standards for good agricultural practices (G.A.P.), with a crucial objective: safe, sustainable agriculture worldwide. Standards are set for the certification of agricultural products around the globe – and more and more producers, suppliers, and buyers are harmonizing their certification standards to match GLOBALG.A.P.

 

 

KOSHER (Union of Orthodox Synagogues) (UOS)

The UOS supervises the production of kosher foodstuffs to the highest possible standard. Companies, products, and ingredients are under constant Kashrut supervision by the Beth Din.

 

SIZA - (Sustainable Initiative of South Africa standard)

The SIZA improvement process has been designed to ensure Ethical Trade compliance from all suppliers in South Africa. The goal is to have a commitment of continuous improvement of labour and environmental conditions on all farms in a practical and comprehensive manner which has the potential to benefit businesses and impact positively on hundreds of thousands of employees.
